Lugni is intended for personal wellness and self-reflection. You agree to use the app lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended purposes. You may not:

• Use Lugni to harm yourself or others.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app's systems.
• Upload or transmit illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
• Use automated tools to abuse the service or evade limits.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use Lugni. You can update or delete your account from Settings at any time.

Some Lugni features may require payment. All payments are processed by our integrated payment provider. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase and may include applicable taxes. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

Subscriptions give you access to premium features for the period you choose. Your subscription begins when payment is confirmed and continues until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings or through your device's app-store account settings, depending on how you subscribed.

Unless you cancel before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and at the then-current price. Renewal charges are processed using the payment method on file. You will receive notice of upcoming renewals where required by law. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; cancelling does not refund the current period.

If Lugni offers appointment or consultation booking features, bookings are subject to provider availability and confirmation. You agree to provide accurate information and to attend booked appointments. Booking terms shown at checkout form part of these terms.

You may cancel a booked appointment according to the cancellation policy shown when booking. Cancellations made within the allowed window may be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

If you do not attend a booked appointment without cancelling in advance, it may be treated as a missed appointment. Missed appointments may not be refunded and may count against any usage limits in your plan.

Refunds are handled according to the refund policy shown at the time of purchase or booking. Generally, subscription fees are not refunded for partial months, and missed appointments are not refunded unless required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@lugni.app within 14 days.

Lugni must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purposes. You may not use the app to generate, share, or store content that violates the rights of others, promotes self-harm, or distributes malware. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend access for violations.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if required by law. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use Lugni ends, but provisions related to payments, disclaimers, and liability survive.

Lugni is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not rely on Lugni for urgent help.

Lugni is an AI wellness companion for reflection, mood tracking, and self-guided support. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app does not provide diagnoses, prescribe treatments, or replace qualified healthcare professionals. Always consult a licensed provider for personal health concerns.

We may update these terms as the app changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of Lugni after changes means you accept the updated terms.
